After leasing to an important glass processing company and after the decision of this latest company to relocate into a wider reality, Lombardia Immobili was commissioned by the property to proceed with the disposal.
After a careful and widespread market research, the most suitable interlocutor was identified in the historic Carrozzeria Bertacchini of Fizzonasco, a company that since the early 60s has been making outfittings for industrial vehicles.
