In July 2017, Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa concluded a sale of an industrial real estate.
The CEM AMBIENTE, a holding that deals with environmental services, obtained a new unit for the improvement of its own services in Trezzano Rosa (highway A4) thanks to Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa’s consultancy.
The real estate belonged to a Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa’s costumer who took advantage from the structure for his real estate needs. Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa is currently his confidential counsellor of the real estate assets management.
