An important reindustrialisation operation in the territory of Telgate (BG) concluded with the intervention of Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa.
After a detailed negotiation, a lease agreement was signed for an area of approximately sqm. 16,000, which will be used by ARVATO BERTELSMANN ITALIA for the purpose of expanding its logistic services for companies operating in the e-commerce sector.
The spaces were made available by the Brevi Group (childcare articles) which recently sold their assets to a Spanish private equity fund. The remaining portions of the large industrial sector will continue to be used for Brevi Group's activity .
The complex operation allowed to start an immediate reuse of industrial spaces, no longer strategic for the property, with a possible positive impact on the occupational aspect of the area.
