Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa was commissioned to find an industrial building in the Bergamo area from a leading company from Brescia operating for almost 40 years in the oxidation and heat treatment sector.
The company, in the process of expansion, needed to establish itself near a very important industrial group from Bergamo with which it is developing a joint-venture.
After a careful investigation, Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa has identified a building of about sqm 3,200 in the industrial area of Presezzo-Madone, where the company is setting up.
