Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa - within of its consolidated collaboration with bankruptcy procedures - has carried out detailed marketing work for BOLLANI CARTA which, as part of the arrangement with creditors, had to divest the industrial complex of Pieve Emanuele, previously used for the own business.
After a significant promotion and marketing action, a company was identified which, following the competitive procedure, was awarded ownership of the property.
The new company that will use the compendium is SOCART, specialized in environmental services, which will now have an additional 2,500 sqm of industrial departments and 500 sqm of offices, as well as a significant external area.
