A significant operation of reindustrialization in Osio Sotto (BG) was completed by Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa.
The complex was previously occupied by Sematic-Wittur, international leader for the elevator components, and it was rifitted in its enterity by a company that handles with the production in the food industry. The establishment, which is composed by industrial department, warehouses and offices, is perfectly equipped and functional; it consists of about sq. m. 30.000 of total developed surface.
It is a very effective operation not only for the territory, but also in terms of employment improvement.
