Lombardia Immobili has completed an important lease of a sky/land management building in the municipality of Osio Sopra (BG), a reference context for the Bergamo industry. The property of approximately sq. m. 3,260 distributed over three floors will host the administration of Schneider Electric Italia Spa, a multinational leader in the automation and energy management sectors. As always, it was a very productive collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield colleagues.
