Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa successfully found a new purchaser for an important establishment facing "Tangenziale Sud" of Bergamo in an area next to Orio al Serio’s airport.
The complex was used by GRUPPO CLN, leader in the development, industrialization and steel products packaging. Nowadays the structure is a property of MCF SYSTEMS that deals with the design and construction of high quality machinery.
Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa managed the negotiation allowing MCF SYSTEMS to establish in the new headquarter on an area of 25.000 sqm., warehouses of 9.000 sqm. and offices of 2.000 sqm. In the next few days the establishment will be equipped for the new activity and it will play a key role for the industrial improvement.
