Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa has successfully collaborated in the relocation of an important industrial property located in Fontanella (BG) owned by Natissa SGR, the management company of the "Rigoletto" fund.
The property, which extends over 4,000 m2, is located in the area served by BreBeMi. The Maccalli group will set up one of its businesses there, which has been producing and selling baked products to consumers and industries since 1967.
