After having worked hard on both technical and urban aspects of valorisation, Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa successfully concluded the disposal of an industrial building at the gates of Crema (CR).
It’s an area characterised by an extension of 20.000 sqm. which was used in the 90’s for food supply and in the last few years as a property of a multinational Dutch group CORBION.
Nowadays the area belongs to an ever-changing important territory in the North of Crema that will be revitalized thanks to the construction of buildings for commercial use. This is a first step towards the retelling of an important area that has been used as an industrial establishment for over a century.
Thanks to the collaboration of the city manager, Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa obtained the best territory on which focus its attention.
