The lease of a logistic building of about sqm. 7,000 located in the industrial area of Zingonia (BG) near the "Francesca" provincial road has been successfully concluded.
The Mantua-based group MESSAGGERIE del GARDA has asked the support of Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa professionals, of which it has already been a customer for years. As soon as the building was back on the market, maintaining its profitability without interruption, MESSAGGERIE del GARDA has decided to buy it.
The warehouse will now be added to the branches of ROL LOGISTICS, a Bergamo-based company consolidated by twenty years of activity in the integrated logistics sector.
