Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa concluded the lease of a property in an industrial complex located in the East Milan area, on the front of the A4 Milan-Venice highway.
The building complex was subject to a recent restyling and was owned by a historic customer who for decades has been using the services of Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa, first for its activities, today for the creation of its real estate assets.
