The Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa team has concluded the sale of an industrial property located in the Municipality of Brignano Gera d’Adda, well connected via the BreBeMi to the major road infrastructures of Northern Italy.
Standing on a plot of approximately 12,000 square meters, the warehouse was sold to TB Group Srl, a Lombard company consolidated in the molding of plastic materials and assembly of mechanical and electrical components, mainly intended for agricultural machinery.
