Lombardia Immobili d'Impresa concluded the sale of a property located in an industrial area in Canonica d’Adda (BG).
The building has a production area of approximately sqm. 3,000, in addition to sqm. 500 of offices, they were built on an independent area.
The building will be used by the new owner, an important mechanical processing company already present in the area, for a new specific production activity.
